Wait let me back up and give an intro…
My name is Danielle; I’m a wife and mother to 4 boys – crazy I know. I’m an avid workout person; one that has always battled the bulge.
I box, kickbox, spin, run, and lift weights (when forced)…. even with all of that I couldn’t lose weight.
January 2017 – I buckled down and started a nutritional rebalancing plan. This blog is going to document my journey. I hope that you will come along for the ride.
